I enjoy the light and a warmth outside, but I always prefer being on the cool inside looking out.
Summer has felt like I've been whizzing around, way too busy (even to name the types of my beloved telephone kiosks in my last post!)
But I'm starting to feel my favorite season approaching, and my perfect weather.
So I've been trying to reconnect with home after being far too transient for weeks...
I've been 'placing' things: one of my favorite occupations, and one of my treasures from a Summer visit to a friend, was first to be 'placed': A load of vintage 1940's Housewife magazines, and then I became distracted with flower arranging...

Love your painting. I saw one of your paintings on Suzy's Vintage Attic, Isabelle's blog - wonderful. Your photos are lovely. Congrats on getting the film acting job!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a summer girl either. I can smell autumn in the air and it is exciting me.
